Toolkit & Video Now Available to Help Educators, Families Talk About Test Results

The Oklahoma State Department of Education has prepared a toolkit to help educators and families talk about upcoming state test results and how they reflect changes in Oklahoma’s assessments.

The 4-minute video, “What Families Need to Know About New Test Results,” explains to families and stakeholders why this year is a TOTAL RESET.

In the six-page document “Giving Oklahoma Students a Competitive Edge: Frequently Asked Questions, Test Results 2017,” we provide answers to the most-asked questions we’ve encountered from educators, parents and community leaders.

Important dates:

  • Oct. 11: District Test Coordinators receive district-level OSTP results
  • Nov. 27: Districts begin receiving paper student/parent reports
